Justin connection problems

We connected the Justin system, but when creating an invoice, it does not pull up the city and department of the recipient and sender. The dropdown list of cities is empty. Also, when adding a procedure to the Translate business process stage, when the Justin status changes, the drop-down list of statuses is empty.

I contacted Justin tech support. Here's what they ask for: Prohannya kazati itself requests and replies in JSON format, that url you go to.

For this error, write to Justin technical support
They probably did not bind your data to your key - this happened from time to time with other clients and after contacting technical support it was resolved.
