HELP IS VERY URGENT!!! TTN Nova Poshta stopped generating

Hello! Today, without making any changes to the BP, TTN Nova Poshta has ceased to be created. Last night everything worked fine, but now it gives 2 errors in sequence: "An error occurred. Failed to create TTN. Sender not found." After this error, I decided to create a TTN manually through the "Nova Poshta TTN" window. I added the sender's phone number, but then the second error appears "An error occurred. Failed to create TTN. Sender not found." The fields just stopped filling (look at the photo below).
