Dimensions and volumetric weight in tons of Nova Poshta are not transferred

If the Hide all fields except weight and volumetric weight setting is enabled in the Sending parameters section, dimensions and volumetric weight in tn are not transferred, although these default values are specified in the integration.

This may mean that in the specified one you have already displayed the block and filled it with values. Probably just didn't include anything.

This is not about creating TTN manually, but by automatic action. When hiding blocks with dimensions in TTN, they are not transmitted

In this process, a customer without a last name is selected. The last name was entered manually in the full name field. Now she is registered.
But that's not the problem. Test again. Dimensions are not transferred.
