I can assume that at the time of updating the status when trying to switch the stage, there was an error. There is an example of a process that updated its status today and didn't switch - should I try to force the switch to try?

I re-saved the action at the stage - after that I tried to reload the departure status https://shopforcars.crm-onebox.com/admin/customorder/order/13736/edit/ - everything worked. Probably earlier there was some kind of error with this action, which I do not know about. I recommend resaving this open action at the stages of BP.
