Try to write the client's full name in Cyrillic and separate the full name directly into the fields - separately for the first name, separately for the last name, since at the moment you have the full name written in one field - First name.
And if you look at order 20089 - the correctness of filling in the client's full name in the contact card gives you a working result.

Here the checkbox in the action for importing orders from Rosette will help you "If this parameter is checked, the client will be used in the process with information about the delivery."
It is not enabled for you, so by default the system takes data from the client's data when registering at the outlet.

New mail, when creating a counterparty, does not allow English characters in his full name. When it is not possible to create a counterparty, it cannot be selected in the list of recipients, and accordingly, its phone number does not pull up. Make the name of the client in Russian and everything will be in order.
