New mail
Good afternoon, the full name of the client and the phone number in the Recipient field have again ceased to be pulled up when creating the TTN of New Mail. The city and branch are pulled up correctly. (they asked this question on 19.11, then we were advised to renew the keys at Nova Poshta). The keys were updated then, and for two weeks it worked fine. Now it doesn't pull up again.

I was looking for the 5th number, based on the comment. The client has the letter "i" in the name, as far as I remember, API does not allow creating a full name containing Ukrainian letters.

Russian letters will not be created either. Doesn't create any. In addition, they used to create with Ukrainian letters
