When creating a TTN, the sender's contact is not pulled up

Good afternoon. I am attaching a screenshot of the problem. The sender's contact person is not pulled up with the phone. In the settings, it is indicated for installation (screen). In which case the full name is pulled up for 2 seconds, and then disappears. Tell me what the problem is

There is no option to delete, there is no button. You corrected it and now the sender's contact is pulled up, everything is fine
