2. After you read and understand what it does, set it to 15 minutes - tracking requests will be sent once every 15 minutes instead of once every 5.

I sent you a screenshot so you can see my settings.
After reading and looking at the screenshot, you may realize that with this setting, tracking is triggered every 5 minutes, not every 15.

2 settings are highlighted on the screen - one of them instantly starts tracking. Have we figured out the logic of the tick? No questions?
With the launch once every 5 or 15 minutes, I will look at the logs.
