Automatic TTN

There is a task - to implement automatic creation of TTN with the logic of Doors-Warehouse. We encountered a problem:
When manually creating a consignment note, everything works correctly - we select the required sender's address, and the consignment note is generated without errors.
However, when using automatic action, when mandatory fields are filled in:
Sender street (default)
Sender's house number (default)
They wrote down all sorts of addresses...
— the system returns an error: "Address not found".
Please help us figure out what the reason might be. Why does the address work when entered manually, but not when entered automatically?

In my experience. The system automatically creates TTN for address delivery without any problems exclusively for simple addresses (Kyiv, Khreshchatyk, 8) (Kharkiv, Polyova, 18) (Volochysk, Muzeina, 400) that is, where the address ref is "mined" easily/quickly. If there is a delay in receiving the ref, or a person is needed for the correct selection, the action "Automatically create TTN" gives an error. But with manual entry everything is fine.
I think it's impossible to automate this action 100%. I'm using it "as is".
If I'm wrong, the developers will point it out to me.
