Good afternoon! After creating a TTN in one-box, we receive a TTN, where the data about the individual entrepreneur and payment control are correct. But in the Nova Poshta branch, when sending parcels, the individual entrepreneur is not pulled up (on the marking of the individual entrepreneur, and in the NP system - an individual) and, accordingly, payment control does not work. I use the same API key in another CRM, there are no such problems there, so I am inclined to think that the problem is in the one-box settings. Please help solve this problem.
