We track only OPEN processes by IR, accordingly, you do not need to close the process at the “Received (New Mail)” stage if you want us to continue to wait for the status “Dispatch has been cancelled. In the process of receiving the dispatcher is being rejected...” and close the order on it. Those. While the order is open, we check where it needs to be switched and what the status of the IR is, as soon as it is closed - that’s it, the new mail will never track it.
