The created TTN does not appear in the office of Ukrposhta

I have fully configured the integration, the API keys are correct, the sender's data is configured according to the data in the office - there are no errors when creating the TTN, everything is correct.
BUT the created TTN does not appear in the Ukrposhta office, it simply does not exist and does not track.
Please help to find the reason.

Good afternoon. If I remember everything correctly, Ukrposhta shows the TTN in the personal account only after it is sent via mail. In any case, it is better to check with your personal account support, give them your TTN number and they will tell you exactly why it is not displayed. Boxing doesn't control this
