We wrote to the NP, they said that they fixed it, but the error remained.

Maybe directories slow down or something else, but such an error occurs almost every day.
Please see what the problem is and if so fix it.

I just wrote that the problem is not relevant, it reappeared. For example https://rivcont.info/3752952/ I can no longer get info from the logs, but the error was there under the code "20000900752". On np, this is Ref is not specified (The replacement partner was not selected).
