BAG - incorrectly calculates the quarterly return shipping limit

At this moment, you have such an inconvenience - the calculation of the quarterly limit for the return delivery of funds (overlay) of Nova Poshta is not working correctly, it is not clear.
The base currency of the system is USD, but UAH is used in the processes. Now to something more interesting.

in the latter, the amount reached only 3706 (calculated in USD). We wanted to set a limit of 11,500 USD or 450k UAH, but the system does not allow us to do this. The minimum limit that we can set is 200k (it is not clear why). In other cases, the system swears with the following words - https://ibb.co/3cLstkH. But even worse is going beyond the limits.
Please explain why so and how we can get out of this situation?

I did some more research and still figured out the logic on my own. Calculates everything correctly, according to the dollar rate in the system, but with one nuance. For example, if you set a limit of 200,000, and the amount on the account has already reached 199,999, the system will allow you to make the next delivery at least for the same amount. But if the amount is 200001 with a limit of 200k - then vanbox will not allow the limit to be exceeded.
