OS - an error during the automatic formation of the TTN of New mail when the procedure is triggered

Perhaps the developer of the application can help figure it out.

The task contains the following data:
- recipient;
- sender.
When we form a TTN through the procedure, the system gives an error, supposedly the Sender was not found, screen 1025
Now the procedure is set up like this, screen 1028
When we send the task to the New Mail application, the TTN is manually created correctly, screen 1027
What settings should be made in the action for the automatic formation of TTN so that there is no error?
