Activity of the New Post office - not working

Branches of New mail, recently did a revision - the field is an active branch. Yesterday there was a problem with the department https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop/custom/object/directory/1/4700/ , in Box it is active, but it does not pull up in the New Mail block and does not actually work and is not listed on the IR website. Tell me how to check if the activity of branches is updated now? Did New Mail give us this branch as active, or is this field not being updated with NP now?
