We don't know what to think. For some reason, all the processes that are at the "Collect DP" stage, after changing the status of New Mail to "Removed from the administration. I have seen a penny order," do not go to the next stage "DP is taken away."
For a long time everything worked correctly, but now I do not know what is the reason. This situation has been going on for a long time, but I tried to do it myself, but found nothing.

Hello. The transition to the stage is made on behalf of the responsible process. The action to make a payment throws an error because the responsible person does not have the right to make a payment. An attempt to go to the stage occurs only once for one IR status of one process (i.e. what you have disabled now, the action will work only for the next orders).
