The filter filters not by personal accounts, but by Counterparties. If you have 2 counterparties, it means that there are 2 such counterparties in one account of the IR or in several accounts one at a time. Counterparties are pulled from all NP offices at once.

Perhaps after you created the TTN, a block was displayed where you can select the sender. This block could write its data to the TTN sender after its creation.

We checked, we don’t use such a block at all in the process, it looks like there is a problem in something else.

We checked, we have offices here https://datapoint.center/admin/shop/integrations/novaposhta-integration-1/control/
And there were no duplicates there. Maybe they misunderstood where to look for this double?

Still 2 identical senders

There are no duplicates. Now I'm trying to filter by the sender Venediktov, but there is not 1 order, although there definitely were. Is this by chance a bug?

It has become even worse than it was according to the sender, now he is not looking for anything at all. And this is the most important thing, it is very necessary, fix it as soon as possible
