Guys! Boxing does not work correctly, no one answers in the paid support, even the notification about the synchronization of the process did not come. Please help urgently.

There are two types of technical support in OneBox - free public (forum), paid private (through integrators). Details about this are written here https://crm-onebox.com/ru/prices/#support
In your case, you most likely purchased paid technical support from the SheBo integrator.
Any integrator is a separate company, it is NOT OneBox, we have no direct influence on them. In fact, if the integrator messes up and the client gets it, we recommend the client to change the integrator, the list is large and constantly updated.
For our part, we kicked SheBo so that they would give you an answer.
Also, you can write your problem here on the forum, and, as a rule, it will be solved in 24..48 hours. If a paid revision is needed, we will also promptly inform you. There are many different integrators and sales partners on the forum, and everyone is interested in helping the client as quickly as possible (OneBox pays for answers on the forum).

Not! I bought support from boxing! Here is such - as on the first two screenshots. After 12 hours, there was a synchronization with support, but there was no answer or solution to the problems!
The problem is that the automatic actions don't work (Which have been working for years, didn't change anything). For example, requests for import-export (orders, goods, statuses) are not sent to Horosop.
The logs show the latest requests 4.11. Or they are sent - but once every few hours, and not every hour (every minute).
This is how the server load control panel looks "beautifully" (see the third screen).

At the moment, all corporate rights to paid technical support have been taken by the integrator SheBo or KTS. Yes, these pages are on the site, but they are already "history".
In the past, OneBox sold the caliper through itself, but other companies actually provided the service.
