A problem appeared that did not exist.
Tasks stopped being sent from my box to the Partner's box.
Please help to remove this error because it does not allow cooperation in the mode you have configured.

Did you not change the settings of the BP in which the process should be created? The process submission goes through but gets an error on creation and the process is not created

Looks like you're right
on the partner side, the action Assign parent process at the start stage was added, which caused the existing problem
The action was moved to another stage and the creation of tasks resumed
