Why is the product not being added to the order?

With the same product?
Maybe you have different article numbers for products (spaces in them at the beginning / end) at such a moment?

Not the point, I meant first search by code, then by article (depending on what is).
I tried on the current settings - the specified product finds it. Maybe at the time of import the codes were different
