Process commitments are not correctly updated if there is a service in the process

Good afternoon. When returning the sold goods, if you look at Our obligations, the service is also returned, that is, the obligations are not updated correctly. I add a video with a description. We return the procedure https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop/workflow/16/procedure/462/?status=0 , while creating a subprocess in which the goods of the Parent process are returned. The process in which you can return the goods for verification https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/customorder/zakaz-klienta/505984/edit/. Please check

Answers:

Correctly.
The service starts to be taken into account in the obligations only when the order was marked as shipped. Actually, when you made a sale, he checked in and the services are now taken into account.

What? The service was taken into account when writing off, why is it listed back in our obligations if we have already shipped (provided) it and did not return it?

Literally. I showed you the logic of how it works.
You cannot write off and return services - that's why such logic was implemented. If you want another - describe the terms of reference and you will be evaluated.

Maxim, I did not understand the logic you described. What does it mean when an order is marked shipped? When the action to sell the goods of the process has been executed, then the service is also considered to be shipped? But if for some reason part of the order is not shipped, for example, through a partial return, then the service is no longer considered shipped? Is this the logic now?

Services are taken into account when the order is considered shipped.
You sold it completely - it was delivered shipped - the service is taken into account.
Made a return - the order is not considered fully shipped - the service is not taken into account.
You can try to set the action "Ship" at the right stage - this will probably help.
