Payments not linked to processes

We need that payments not tied to processes are collected somewhere in the process in order to see these payments. Create a process for each non-linked payment, or transfer all payments not linked to processes into one process.
Please advise how this can be configured.

at the moment there is no filter that filters out only actual payments without a process on admin/shop/finance/

As a result, will a process be created only for payments that are not linked to processes, or for absolutely all payments?

in this action, all payments without a process, but with a client are searched (+ selected wallets and categories are taken into account), and a process is created for each according to the settings
