Good afternoon! Question: We have Linking a box to Private - sometimes in Actual payments it loses payments (both incoming and outgoing). Example No. 1: For order 4480, the payment from the buyer in the amount of UAH 1104.56 was 11/30/2020 - today I had to start it myself.. Example No. 2: Our payment to FOP BelousV.O. dated 12/01/2020 in the amount of 10000 UAH - not carried out.. Please help!!

Most likely that there are no clients in the system.
The checkbox "If the client is not found, create it according to the data from the payment" is not indicated in the actions - it does not actually create it.
And without a client, a payment cannot be created.
You can specify these checkboxes and the "Take payments for the past N days" setting to import payments for the required number of days ago.
