BUG! Payment automation not working

In the BP Customer Order, the automation "Make a payment" was created. It is tied to the transition to the BP stage "Overlay received".
The transition to this stage is automated through the binding to automation "Move the business process to this stage if the stage of new mail has changed."
Thus, if the stage of New mail has changed, then the payment should be created automatically. However, one is not created.
Please explain what is the reason for this bug?

1. Your bp is crooked. When switching to one of the statuses, the action receives the error "Conditions for filling fields are not met". There are about 20 such errors per day, change actions at the stages of bp. These errors can be seen in the system logs
2. For process 4616, there is a payment action at the stage, which can throw an error when switching to the status. I advise you to remove this action to a stage that is switched manually. If you remove the action or give admin rights to the responsible process (switches on its behalf), then the switch will be fine.
