Good afternoon. I do not quite understand why you are not satisfied with the standard rate of the system in the order? In your system, the exchange rate in the system should not be 40 for the hryvnia, but 0.0242 by default, and 1 for the dollar. Is this not the case now?

but some of the employees bring goods to Ukraine and they are not used to the exchange rate of 0.0242 - I created a custom field with the exchange rate, where they will enter, for example, 40, and I will already calculate our internal one.

now it is impossible to change the course of the process. If you need to do this, you can register the exchange rate for the desired currency in the specified or any other action, it will take 2 hours.

Always test everything regarding currencies on new orders. In this order, the dollar exchange rate was 0.024390, and the hryvnia exchange rate was the same as you set in the action. That. it turned out to be 1 to 1, and therefore the amounts were the same when converted. I removed the incorrect dollar rate and everything was fine
