Hello, I have checked the current status of this issue.
Information on the history of 265 payments out of 1306 linked to the process was found in the transaction history.
Prior to this situation, most payments were not tied to any process other than
3130 -> process 12793
10929 -> 106370
14017 -> 115753
23102 -> 152558
26235 -> 164104
and 27795 - bound to the specified process 169957
Do you confirm the transfer from the process of all payments, except for #27795 (1305 pcs.) to the specified processes or to the category "without reference to the process"?
The reasons for this situation have not yet been found.
