Order not created on incoming call

Previously, when an incoming call was made, a new order was automatically created. Now it's giving me a "Creation Error" error. With what it can be connected. There is a pop-up window from vanbkos with an incoming call, but even if you manually click create an order, everything still knocks out an error

Here are the call window settings /admin/shop/call/windows/block/
most likely, the business process you specified for creating a process from the call window at the initial stage has actions that cannot be performed.
Perhaps earlier you had a setting with a different business process, or new actions were added at the initial stage
