Is it possible to track the number of calls transferred to other employees?

Answers:

On our side, no.
We were sent a call to the REST API - so it was added.
If Kyivstar will transmit this as 2 separate events, 1 of which will be TRANSFER - then you will have 2 events. But whether this is necessary and whether it will be correct for display - I can not be sure.

Is it possible to modify the filter in the call report so that only transferred calls or something else can be seen there, without Kyivstar reporting it as 2 events?
