Here https://concombit.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/report/logs/ there are no logs from binotel prefixes - it means that the integration is not configured as needed.
You need to contact Binotel technical support so that they enable the webhook`and from their side - this should be indicated in the knowledge base article https://concombit.crm-onebox.com/admin/standards-main/140/
