KyivStar - incorrect number in tasks for missed calls

This is our KievStar phone,
used by CallCenter
now the error is that OneBox perceives
this number is not as a work, but as a client
and therefore sets tasks for a missed call,
BUT it does not show from which number such a call actually came

Look at the logs from Kyivstar (like they should be in registerCall) for this call and what data is transmitted there.
Add it to the task here.
What's in the popup window? Does it correctly identify an incoming call from the desired number?

403 is for Kyivstar. I already answered in the relevant topic.
On calls - you show me the answered calls ANSWER. Tasks are created by calls with statuses:
NOANSWER, NO ANSWER, CANCEL, BUSY, CONGESTION, CHANUNAVAIL, CALLFAILED
