There are connection instructions on the Ringostat website https://help.ringostat.com/ru/articles/9079150-%D0%B8%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%B3%D1%80%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F-%D1%81-onebox According to these instructions, they configure everything on their side independently.
Please tell me, is this how the integration is configured now?
The events themselves, as before, we take by API action once per minute. Pop-up windows appear after pushes in /ringostat/push/ and close after /ringostat/push/end/ . And who is there and how should set this up in ringostat, check with them. Maybe they do it themselves now, maybe not.

They wrote new instructions, send everything to API2, set it up themselves, and now call recording does not get into the process.

Do you give access to apiv2 to the wrong people? Do you understand that when you transfer the api key to someone, they have access to almost all the data of your system? i.e. you have allowed ringostat into your orders, payments, documents, contacts.

Of course I understand.
I'm trying to figure out why they are now connecting the integration in this way https://help.ringostat.com/ru/articles/9079150-%D0%B8%D0%BD%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%B3%D1%80%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F-%D1%81-onebox
