Kyivstar calls are not displayed in applications

Good day. We set up integration with Kyivstar provider in ONEBOX OS. Created users and configured access in applications. All settings for integration and storage of recordings are prescribed by Kyivstar. Messages are displayed in the Kyivstar application in ONEBOX OS, but not in the "EVENTS", "CALENDAR", "CRM" applications... What could be wrong?

You need to add the action "Download events from Kyivstar" once a minute in the "Automation" - automation application
After that, after a few minutes, the events will be uploaded to the "Events" application
