Missing call popup interface

Hello, one (only one) of the employees does not display the "Call Popup Interface" for incoming, outgoing, internal calls.

Yes, and the mark "Kyivstar" (Telephony Kievsar), each employee has his own number.

Do these employees have the Work status in the system? since the setting is set for their role - https://prnt.sc/umeg1y , and if they are with this status, then there will be no pop-ups

Yes you are right. They didn't have a switch. Forgot to install when adding.
Maybe there is some way to install (copy) or change settings of this kind in bulk, or by role when adding? In general, "apply to all"

It turns out that if an employee started work (performing some actions in the system) after a break or absence, then the system does not automatically transfer the status?
