I clarified with the client that earlier the loading of records was as before the Asterisk server and OneBox were nearby and the timeout was now enough for OneBox on the hosting and it may not be enough.
There is a delay when connecting and downloading the file due to the fact that access to the FTP server is forwarded using NAT on our router
What parameter should be increased on the server to increase the connection timeout?
