File upload error

I am attaching the viber chat file.
The file is uploaded to the server.

It can be seen that the manager was not mistaken. The file is correct.
Then a public link is formed, but, for some reason, already to file number 3
And these are the first files with the import of the old database. I'm even afraid to write on the forum what's there.

Can you please indicate whether with screenshots, or in some other way - so that it is clear what exactly you are doing and what is wrong as a result (perhaps even in the test process).

Sending a file to the chat through saving the process - never happened.
