Answers:
To do this, you need to connect the "Multilanguage" integration in the system.
That is, if you have filled in the data in the system in Russian, you enable multilingualism, set the main language to Russian and additionally select Ukrainian as the SECOND language in the list of available languages.
Accordingly, your current names will be considered Russian - and when you switch the language in editing products, you will be able to fill in the names in Ukrainian.
And further in the action, the title / description / short description in several languages will be available for selection.
