Integration with Tilda

When creating new tasks from Tilda forms, there is no contact search for a phone number.
Duplicate contacts are created with the same phone numbers.
So it's your fault? Do you need to know and add contacts manually?

Does the system check for more accurate information by phone or by e-mail? If one of the parameters does not match, then a new contact is created?

A new contact is not generated, but a process is created for the current one. !Important, add the phone number to the contact card, transfer from Tilda.
