The problem with non-loading orders arose yesterday 02/10/2021. Although the URL API was updated on 2/1/2021.
In addition, after the occurrence of this problem, out of about 10 orders from the outlet, one still somehow "slipped" into the Box. This confirms the incorrect operation of your system and the need to correct this problem.
What is the MVP version? And what do you mean by update?

In the current topic - a third-party service has disabled support for the API that is used in your version of the product. As far as I know, we have no obligation to you to support your OneBox free of charge in case of changes in third-party services.
But since we support the latest version and changes have been made there, we are going to meet you and offer a free update.
If you want us to support your OneBox in the future - update to the latest version and switch to a cloud plan.
