Hello, unfortunately we can track the ttn number of Ukrposhta only if it was created through the system. In addition to the delivery note, this number is recorded on a third-party plate, from which it is then tracked.

I do not understand the question. I wrote that the TTN for Ukrposhta is inserted additionally into a separate plate and then duplicated in the process TTN number field. It is needed in a separate plate, because in addition to the number, other data on the goods item are recorded, which are needed later when creating registers, for example.

The fact that ttn has both uuid and barcode, for example. If the plate has a barcode but no uuid, you won't be able to add ttn to the group. Which in turn will cause additional difficulties. Just create ttn through the box and it will track.
