Innovations in PRO checks from March 1, 2025: Is there any solution?

Please advise how to resolve the issue with the innovations in the PRRO/RRO that will take effect from March 1, 2025 (Order of the Ministry of Finance dated November 22, 2024 No. 601)? Maybe there are already some solutions?

Just in case, I'll describe the situation.

Now, in addition to the information that was there before, new mandatory lines and changes have been added to the checks. Of course, some of the changes will be resolved by the operators themselves (like CheckBox and VchasnoKasa), and some of the data must be taken and somehow processed taking into account our CRM.

Below is a list of mandatory lines that you need to pay attention to:

According to the requirements, lines 12 to 17 of the check must be indicated in the check, which contain the details of the electronic payment instrument (client card number, terminal number, etc.). This applies to payments made through the terminal and payment services (such as LiqPay, RozetkaPay, PromOplata, etc.).

I see the following problems:

1) In many cases, the terminals are not connected to the payment processor, that is, the payment processor does not have the ability to collect information about the payer;

2) LiqPay - I see that there is automation, but I want to clarify whether it is now possible to receive data according to these innovations?

3) RozetkaPay - this applies more to users who work on Rozetka, but I don't see the API from the payment outlet itself (maybe it exists), and I don't see the application on OneBox either, so I conclude that this is also a problem.

4) PromOplata - the same situation as with the RozetkaPay withdrawal

There have been no specific changes to other services, perhaps because they process payments directly, they are also making changes in accordance with the legislation.
