When switching to a stage, there is an option to run a procedure for another business process (if I understand correctly)

That is, I want to run the procedure for each process "Working with ice" in the status "Message received". The procedure does not start (changes made by the procedure do not occur).
How is it checked - if I enter the ice and click on the corresponding point of the procedure (viber - only synchronization), then the changes are displayed

tree in this case means that for child or "neighbor" processes i.e. with the same parent.
