1. Promotional payment on promotion - previously, upon receiving the status paid, the OV automatically created a TTN, such orders were processed without our participation, now they are still hanging in the status processed
2. At the outlet, when paying by all methods related to likpay, etc., a discount on the payment system commission was automatically added, the payment was made and a TTN was created, and the automation also stopped working.
Where are the connections, what settings and where to check? Thank you in advance for your help (paid check/free advice)
