Added settings for integration with Zadarma:
- "Determine the source of an incoming call based on the called number"
- "Default incoming call source"
- settings in the action of event parsing with vain "Determine the source of the event based on the corresponding call in the system"
- settings in telephony "Replace the prefix at the beginning of the phone number during an outgoing call to correctly identify the contact"
