Added two new KPIs for employees

The first KPI “Duration of outgoing calls (in minutes total per day)” by default gives the result in minutes, the direction of the call is configured, where the parameter value is:
1 - outgoing calls;
-1 - incoming calls;
0 - internal calls.
The second KPI “Number of contacts (organizations) entered by the manager into the system during the working day” is customizable. Specify the gender of the contact to be counted. If gender is not set, then counts all created contacts.
