Improved setting of employee access rights through role access rights

Added the ability to set access rights for an employee depending on the access rights of the role that he has registered. To set up you need: - assign access rights to roles; - employees who have assigned roles for which rights are configured - these rights will be automatically applied; - when changing the access rights of a role, the changes will also be applied to the access rights of employees of this role; - if an employee has several roles, the rights are summed up and the rights of all roles will be applied to him.
