2014766658 - Refinement of photo update from PromUA
Changed the logic of the image import checkbox (in automatic action once a day “PromUA/Import products”)
Works like this:
Queue image updates only for products whose previous image links do not match the current ones
Photos are not deleted. They are only being updated. If the photo on the prom and on OneBox is different, then the photo from the prom will be added to our photo
