There is a setting in the “Create a process based on a missed call” action that allows you to set the status to switch the process to if the client has called. The process changes the stage if the call is in ANSWER status. Improved check, when the call status is Success, when adding events - if Success comes, then change the status to ANSWER (so that the process is transferred to the desired status).
