By default, if an unknown contact calls and a process is added from the window window (via the button for creating an order), then a card is not created for it. The checkbox in the system settings “Automatically create a contact when creating a process from an unknown call window” has been improved. If an employee fills in the contact fields in the call window and this checkbox is enabled in OneBox, then when creating a process, a contact card with the entered data will also be created
