2014794436 - Improve the display of processes in the LC
It became possible to make sure that the processes of the company, in the LC, could be seen by all its employees. Improved for this:
- the action "Add contacts to the Contacts tab of the process" - where there is a choice of "Client" or additional fields of the "Contact Directory" type, the choice where to add
- in the PSU type setting there is an option "process contacts"
To work, you need to add company employees to the Contacts of the process (you can make it a BP action), and enable the necessary settings in the specified actions.
